A family cafe where Italian food speaks with a Tashkent accent

Salute lives where those two habits meet. We cook familiar dishes — pasta, steaks, salads, soups — with Italian technique, and serve them the way you would at home when family is coming over.

On the terrace stands a Moretti Forni Neapolis oven — 510 degrees of even, clean heat. We bake Uzbek dishes in it: samsa, flatbread, lula kebab Neapolis and slow-cooked beef under a cheese dome.
