Pasta at Salute: from al Pomodoro to seafood

In short: there are seven pastas on our menu — from the simplest tomato one to shrimp and squid in a bisque sauce. You choose the shape: penne, spaghetti or fettuccine.

First, the shape

Every pasta on the menu comes in one of three shapes:

• penne — short tubes that hold a thick sauce well;
• spaghetti — the classic for tomato sauces;
• fettuccine — wide ribbons made for creamy sauces.

The seven pastas on our menu

Al Pomodoro — 75 000 UZS

Tomato sauce, fresh basil and olive oil. The simplest pasta on the menu — and the most classic.

Truffle sauce — 80 000 UZS

Fragrant pasta in a truffle sauce. For anyone who loves a deep, earthy flavour.

Alfredo — 85 000 UZS

A delicate Alfredo cream sauce with juicy chicken fillet. Filling, gentle and familiar — a good pick for adults and children alike.

Bolognese — 90 000 UZS

The classic meat sauce, slow-simmered to a traditional recipe.

Salmon in cream sauce — 120 000 UZS

Salmon in a cream sauce with fragrant herbs.

Seafood — 165 000 UZS

Shrimp and squid in a rich bisque sauce. The most celebratory pasta on our menu.

Lasagna — 105 000 UZS

Thin pasta sheets, rich Bolognese meat sauce and delicate béchamel.

What to have with your pasta

From the Bread section — herb focaccia or ciabatta. If you’ve come as a group, start with soup: chicken broth with house noodles, or minestrone.
